أولا اشكر القائمين على الساحة البريدية من مشرفين واعضاء

تم الكشف عن فلم الترقيات التثبيت الفرقات تحسين وضع الموظف بالبريد

الكل يعلم ان الفرقات طال الكلام عنها كثيررررررا ً لو انها افياش دورات مياة اعزكم الله عدد مليون حبه قيمة الواحد خمسمائة لتم صرفها من اول اسبوع تم طلبها

ابطال الفلم

1- الموظف المغلوب على أمره .
2- مدير عام الموارد البشرية ( الضحيه في وجه المدفع )
3- مدير شؤون الموظفين ( والكل يعرفه الثعلب المخادع المكار المتكبر المتغطرس )
4- مدير الشؤون المالية والإدارية

لن نتهم الرئيس لاننا لو عرفنا الرئيس عن قرب لعلمنا مافي قلب الرجل من طيبه واخلاص للموظفين وللوطن

كل مايدور في مؤسسة البريد السعودي ومن اجراءات تعسفيه

سببها إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة بتخطيط من إداري المؤسسة والكل يعرفهم

والله ثم والله لو انني قريب او موظف بالمؤسسة لاطلعكم على كل صغيره وكبيره

ولكن بعد بحثي وتيقني تم معرفة من هم وراء الإجراءات بالمؤسسة

عموما تم حصول المؤسسة على نموذج التثبيت من يوم الأحد قبل الماضي

اي له الآن بجهاز المؤسسة مايقارب الاسبوعين

لماذا لم يتم تعميمه ألم يسأل كل موظف ماسبب ذلك التأخير ؟

سوف اجيبكم

السبب هو تعميمه قبل الإضراف بفترة وجيزه !!

لماذا ؟

سوف اذكر السبب !!

ليس من المعقول ان يتم تعميم النموذج قبل اسبوع ويتم تعبئته خلال ثلاثة ايام ان لم تكن يومين وارسالها لجهاز المؤسسة ليتم مخاطبة ديوان الخدمة المدنيه بها

وبذلك قد اقترب موعد الأضراب وسيتم سؤال الموارد البشرية ماتم حيال ذلك وبعد ذلك يتم الاضراف

سيتم تأخير التعميم للتخدير فقط

والموارد البشرية بمباركة نائب الرئيس للشئون المالية والأدارية لعدم التثبيت

أخواني اتمنى من كل موظف الرفع لمقام خادم الحرمين الشريفين بالنظر إلى وضع البريد

وبالرفع إلى رئيس مؤسسة البريد السعودي عن الخفايا ليتم معاقبة المقصرين

وهم ينعدون على الأصابع

والله ثم والله لو عرف الرئيس مثلما عرف عن المتحايل عن امر خادم الحرمين الشريفين وتم اعفائة من منصبه لين يتغير اي شيئ بالبريد السعودي ابدأ

مدير شئون الموظفين الاسبوع قبل الماضي كنت في احد الممرات القيت عليه السلام لكي اساله عن وضع التثبيت بالمؤسسة نظر الي نظرة بنصف عينه واكمل مسيرته لم يجبني وليست اول مره ربما عدة مرات يتم تصرفه بهذه الطريقه كله غرور واستكبار وخداع

احد الموظفين اخبرني انه تحدث اليه في مكتبه وطلب منه معامله وحلف له بالله واقسم انه سوف يكون وراءها واتضح انه هو المتسبب في تعطيل المعامله حسبنا الله عليه ونعم الوكيل

رساله إلى الأستاذ / علي مشهور المكلف بإدارة الموارد البشرية لمدة ستة أشهر

الفترة لديك ليست بالكبيره أستاذنا الفاضل فعليك كسب دعاء الناس لك لا عليك

We can’t accuse the president, because if we had known him closely, we would have known how a kind gentleman he is and how dedicated to the staff and the homeland he really is.
All what is happening in Saudi Postal Corporation and arbitrary actions are caused by the human resource management in the corporation, with planning of Well-known administrators of the foundation.
I swear to God, If I were close or an employee in the corporation, I ‘d tell you every nook and cranny.
But after my research and confirming, I now know who really are behind the procedures in the organization.

Message to Mr/Ali Mashour, who is in charge of human resources for a period of six months, which is not so long period. So, Dear Master, you should earn people’s prayers for you not against you.
You must change your management way in the human resources department, and change the efficient people (in your point of view) yet corrupt (from behind).
Members of the postal arena, you should raise all of that to the president of the Saudi post corporation.
You should upload that to the custodian of the two holy mosques.
You should raise your hands to the creator of heavens and earth, and pray against those people.
You should unify your lines and start the renaissance of the Saudi post and the homeland.
