حرج باكستاني من إشاعة "المنحة"

كشف الناطق، المستشار الإعلامي في القنصلية العامة الباكستانية بجدة محمد طارق لـ"الوطن" عن إجراءات سريعة اتخذتها القنصلية لوقف استجابة الجالية الباكستانية لإشاعة "مزيفة ومحرجة"، حول منح الحكومة السعودية مساعدات مالية للعمالة الباكستانية.
وأوضح أنه اطلع على التقرير الذي نشرته "الوطن"، الأربعاء الماضي، المتضمن أقوال بعض الباكستانيين "إن مصدر هذه الإشاعة هي إذاعة باكستان"، مؤكدا قيامه على الفور بإجراء اتصال شخصي بمدير الإذاعة الباكستانية في العاصمة إسلام أباد، الذي نفى علمه بهذه الإشاعة، أو بثهم لأي خبر بهذا الخصوص.
وبين طارق أن بعض مواطنيه يتصلون بالسفارة والقنصلية بغية التأكد من صحة هذه الإشاعة، وأنه يتم إرشادهم مباشرة إلى أن هذا الخبر عار من الصحة جملة وتفصيلا.
وأشار إلى تواصله مع بعض الصحف التي تطبع بلغات غير العربية، مثل الأردو والإنجليزية لنشر نفي القنصلية هذه الإشاعة، وتحذير الجالية الباكستانية من الانسياق وراء الإشاعات التي لا تكون رسمية.
وفي الوقت الذي أكدت فيه القنصلية الباكستانية بجدة في بيان تحذيري لمواطنيها أمس أن هذه الإشاعة هي مجرد "وهم وفبركة إعلامية"، استطلعت "الوطن" رأي الناطق الإعلامي للقنصلية، حول المقصود بالفبركة الإعلامية، أو الجهة الإعلامية التي فبركت هذه الإشاعة، سواء كانت جهة إعلامية سعودية أو باكستانية، وأكد أن البيان لم يقصد أي وسيلة إعلامية سعودية أو باكستانية، وإنما قصد "وهم الباكستانيين الذين صدقوا الإشاعة التي انتشرت لأكثر من شهرين في عدد من مدن المملكة".
وقال "إن مواقف المملكة الحميدة والأخوية تجاه باكستان وشعبها في مختلف الأزمات التي مرت بها، دفع البعض إلى استغلال هذه المشاعر الطيبة تجاه المملكة", مشددا على مواطنيه المقيمين على أرض المملكة ضرورة مواصلة الجهود المخلصة لتطوير بلدهم الثاني المملكة، واحترام أنظمتها وقوانينها، والعمل الدؤوب لتوطيد العلاقات الأخوية بين باكستان والمملكة، بدلا عن الاستجابة لإشاعات مزيفة ومحرجة.
وكانت إشاعة مفادها، منح المقيمين الذين تضرروا من سيول جدة مساعدات مالية من قبل إمارة منطقة مكة، قد سرت قبل ثلاثة أشهر، وحققت ربحا لمؤسسة البريد تجاوز نصف مليون ريال في أربعة أيام، اضطرت معه الإمارة إلى تكذيب هذه الإشاعة، والتحذير من ترويجها، لتنتقل مباشرة إلى المدينة المنورة، وسط إصرار العمالة الباكستانية تحديدا على الانجراف ورائها، محققا بريد المدينة بذلك دخلا تجاوز المليون ريال في 10 أيام.
وانتقلت إشاعة "المنحة الموهومة" الأسبوعين الماضيين لكل من الرياض والدمام، مستهدفة العمالة الباكستانية التي اصطفت في طوابير تصل أعدادها إلى الآلاف أمام مكاتب البريد، مما استدعى القنصلية الباكستانية إلى التحذير من الانسياق وراء هذه الإشاعات.
