محاولات البريد التطويرية.. شكلية

عزيزي رئيس التحرير:
انطلاقا من مبدأ الرأي والاستماع الى الرأي الآخر وما عهدناه من جريدة اليوم من مصداقية اود منكم السماح لي بالمشاركة بالكتابة عن البريد السعودي وما يقدمه من خدمات. كتبت عدة مواضيع ومقالات تناولت قطاع البريد السعودي وخدماته التي يقدمها والنظرة السلبية التي تكونت عن البريد وما يقدمه من خدمات لدى اكثر المتعاملين معه وذلك بسبب سوء الخدمات المقدمة, ولعلاج الجوانب السلبية في البريد تم اصدار عدة قرارات لتطوير وتحسين الخدمات البريدية ولعل اهمها هو تحويل البريد الى مؤسسة عامة, ومنذ صدور قرار التحويل كان هناك عدة محاولات لتطوير البريد الا انها كانت محاولات شكلية فقط كتغيير لون سيارات البريد او تغيير لوحات المكاتب البريدية ولم تلامس هذه التغييرات جوهر البريد. وعندما لم تفلح الادارات السابقة في تغيير حال البريد صدر القرار السامي بتعيين احدى الكفاءات الوطنية المشهود له بحسن الادارة وهو معالي الدكتور محمد صالح بن طاهر بنتن الذي نأمل ان يكون لديه الحلول الكفيلة باصلاح حال البريد. وقد لمسنا من معاليه ان هناك قرارات صدر بعض منها وسوف يتم اصدار القرارات الاخرى التي تهدف الى تحسين وتطوير الخدمات البريدية. ومع تقديرنا لكل ما يقوم به معاليه الا انني ارى ان هذه الحلول يجب ان تكون جذرية وشاملة لجميع قطاعات البريد وذلك بإعادة هيكلة البريد وتحديث انظمته ودعمه بالأجهزة الالكترونية المتطورة وتدريب العاملين في البريد وتطوير ادائهم وايجاد الخدمات المناسبة للعملاء والاستفادة من تجارب وخبرات الدول التي سبقتنا بمراحل في هذا المجال كما ان هذه الحلول يجب ان تتم بأقصر مدة زمنية ممكنة حتى نستطيع ان نمحو الصورة السلبية السابقة عن البريد فلم يعد لدينا الوقت لاصدار التصاريح والوعود وعقد الاجتماعات للدراسة والمناقشة لان المستفيد من الخدمة لن ينتظر ولديه اكثر من شركة تقدم نفس الخدمة بأقل تكلفة وافضل اداء. ان القرارات التي تصدر في المرحلة التطويرية الحالية يجب ان تلامس جميع جوانب القصور والسلبية كما يجب ان يتم تفعيلها وتطبيقها على ارض الواقع.
وهنا ادعو الجميع أن يكون لديهم نظرة تفاؤل بالغد المشرق الذي نرى فيه ان شاء الله البريد اكثر تطورا في الخدمة والأداء واكثر مصداقية في التعامل.

Proceeding from the principle of opinion and listening to the opinions of others and what we know of the credibility of the newspaper "today", I would like you to allow me to participate by writing about Saudi Post and its services. I wrote several topics and articles discussing the Saudi postal sector and its services provided by the negative perception that was formed on the mail and its services to more clients with him because of the poor services provided, and to treat the negative aspects in the mail was issued several decisions to develop and improve postal services and perhaps most important of which is to convert the mail to public institution, and since the issuance of the decision to convert there were several attempts to develop the post, but it was only cosmetic attempts such as changing the color of your mail or to change the car plates of post offices whereas the essence of the mail wasn't touched by these changes . While the previous administrations have not succeeded in changing the mail , the High decision was made to appoint one with the acclaimed national competencies, a good administration and that is His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Saleh Bin Taher Benten, which we hope to have solutions to fix the post. We have seen from His Excellency, decisions have been issued and others will be issued later, which aims to improve and develop the postal services. While we appreciate all that done by His Excellency, but I see that these solutions must be radical and inclusive of all sectors of the mail and that the restructuring of the post and updating the systems and support of updated electronic devices and the training of personnel in the mail and the development of their performance and to find appropriate services for customers from the experiences of countries that have preceded us far in this area also that these solutions must be the shortest possible period of time so that we can erase the negative image of previous post no longer have time to issue permits and promises and hold meetings for study and discussion, because the service user will not wait and has more than one company offering the same service at lowest cost and best performance . Decisions made in the development phase current must heal all the shortcomings and nativities as it should be activated and applied to the ground.
Here, I call on everyone to have a bright look tomorrow with optimism where we see the mail more sophisticated in mailing services, performance and more credibility in dealing..

اتفق معك ان النظر يسبق السمع ولكن ما المشكلة في حدوث تغييرات خاصة اذا تؤدي الى النتائج الايجابية ونحن ننتظر النتائج وأكيد انك تتفق معي انه في حالة حدوث تغييرات في الادارة أوعلى اية مستويات لاتاتي نتائجها في الحال وعلينا الصبر ولاتقول لي اننا صبرنا وعجزنا فالصبر مفتاح الفرج واذا عندنا اقتراحات تقفز بالبريد ليؤدي خدمات متميزة لماذا لانناقشها مع المسؤولين ( الكبار ) وجه لوجه مع تسجيل الاقتراحات اكترونيا أن وجدت .والى اللقاء
