According to a letter from the Director of Audit in the Ministry of Civil Service to the Director of Human Resources in Saudi Postal Corporation which "Al-Watan" reserves a copy of it - show that the Postal Corporation intended to place employees on the basis of equivalent salaries, contrary to the way specified by the Civil Service which based on the basis of ranks and levels, according to the rules set for the placement of staff on the salary scale of civil service, on the salary scale of the Social Insurance.
