Once upon a time there was a very old man
complaining from stress and pain at the end of everyday.
His friend asked him:
Why all this pain that you are complaining?
Replied the old man:
I have 2 hawks
I have to train them every day
As well as 2 rabbits I must guard
them from Running outside
and two falcons that I must tame
And a snake that I must watch
And a lion to save that I must keep it always chained in an iron cage
And a patient to take care of him and serve him
His friend said:
What is all this staff you must be kidding
Because nobody can really be taking care of all these things at one time
The old man said:
I am not joking, but I'm telling you is the sad and very important truth
the 2 hawks are my eyes
I must train them on not looking
To what is not permissible to look at hardly and actively
And the two rabbits are my feet
I have to guard and save them
from walk to the sin ways
And the two falcons are my hands
I have to train them to work to give me what I need
and the needs of my other brothers
And the snake is my tongue
I have to watch and bridle it constantly
So as not to utter shameful words
And the lion is my heart
That there is an ongoing war with him and me
and I have to keep him bonded
So as not to get out of it evil things
and the sick man is my whole body
Which always needs my awaken, my care and my attention
This is a daily work exhausted health
One of the greatest things in the world
Is to control yourself
Do not let anyone else surrounds push you
Do not let any of your weaknesses, whimsy and desires beat and bully you.
There is no greater than what's God created you for it is to be a king on yourself
