نما الى علمنا بان الترقيات ستقتصر فقط على من امظوا مدة (12) عام في المرتبه ..
السؤال هو لماذا تمت ترقية آلآف الموظفين وهم لم يمضي على ترقيتهم بضع سنوات والامثال عديده .

The question is: why thousands of employees has been upgraded and they there are only few years since their promotions and there are many examples.

هذا القرار من صنع علماء واصل بالاتفاق مع ديوان الخدمه المدنيه وليس قرار من مجلس الوزراء و مستحيل ان نظام الخدمه المدنيه تحدد الترقيه باربع سنوات و فخامة الامبراطور البريدي يحددها 12 سنه ..على اي اساس تم اتخاذ هذا القرار ..الموظف المدني في كل انحاء المملكه يترقى كل اربع سنوات و علماء البريد لديهم نظام فريد و نادر وغريب ....هل يعقل يا بشر انه اذا جمد الموظف 8 سنوات او عشر سنوات او 15 سنه او 20 سنه او 25 سنه يتم ترقيتهم بالتساوي ...اقول الله يصلح الشان لا الوم من سوف يضرب عن العمل غدا ولو انني لست من المؤيدين حتى لا يفتح الباب لاصحاب الاهداف المشبوهه ...الوضع العربي بشكل عام وضع سيء و خادم الحرمين الشريفين اصدر عدد من الاوامر لتخفيف الضغط عن المواطن والبريد يبحث عن سبل الالتفاف على هذه الاوامر و يبدوا ان هناك ايدي خفيه تخالف توجه خادم الحرمين الشريفين .اقتباس:

فعلا شيء غريب الترقيات للمدراء قبل سنتين رقوا مديرنا ويقول الدلقان وعدني بالترقيه بعد ثلاث سنوات لاني مدير وصار الرجال يقيم من 60%فما تحت علشان ما ينافسه احد. والله هزلت .اصبحنا بين نارين الدلقان يرقي موظفيه والرئيس يرقي مموظفين جهااز المؤسسه والبقيه عيال الجيران .انا مع الاضراب علينا وعليهم .

أنتم تتكلمون وزعلانيين على تجميد 12 سنه زميلي مجمد في المرتبه \39\ 32 سنه وباقي له على التقاعد 3 سنين وأنا 16 سنه في المرتبه 42 ,,,, واش رايكم يا مسئولين إذا وقفتو أمام المنتقم الجبار ايش جوابكم ,
الرجل موجود وليس لوحده فأمثاله كثير صابر وساكت ,,,, وكلهم فوق 20 سنه تجميد خاصه في العاصمه المقدسه شرفها الله .

you are talking and so angry for frozen 12 years my collegue is frozen on the the 39 rank for 32 years and still 3 years for his retirment and i spent 16 years on the 42 rank
whats your answers O officials when you stand in-front of God
The man is here and not him alone he is silent and patient and all of them are frozen more than 20 years especially in the holy capital God Honor it
And we will not forgive the living or the dead who were a reason to harm people and loosing their rights without any right
