تنفيذ المرسوم الملكي بالحد الادني للرواتب
ياخوان وين راح تنفيذ المرسوم الملكي بالحد الادني للرواتب قسم بالله العظيم مازال راتبي الاساسي 2500 ريال وعند الرجوع الي شوؤن الموظفين قالو لي انت متعاقد ولست رسمي ؟؟؟ استغربت من كلامهم قلت لهم ليش التفرقه وحتي لو اني بعقد حتي القطاعات الخاصه عملو بالمرسوم وزادو رواتب موظفيهم كيف وانتم مؤسسة حكومه والمفروض انتم اول المبادرين بتطبيق المرسوم. اخر الكلام قالو لي اصبر لغاية مايجي الترسيم قلت لهم انشاء الله يكون الترسيم صحيح ويطبق ولايكون مثل الحد الادني للرواتب الذي لم يطبق. فااسئلكم بالله ياجماعة اين العدل في ذلك واين تنفيذ الاوامر الملكية.....؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
Royal Decree implementing the minimum wage
O Brothers where are the implementation of the claimed Royal Decree regarding the minimum wages ,I swear to Almighty God My basic salary is still 2,500 riyals, and when I return to the personnel affairs; They told me you are a contract employee not an official one???Surprised by the words, I said to them why discrimination and even if I were a contract employee,the private sectore implemented the decree regarding the salaries of their employees and howcome you are a governmental institution and You should be the first initiators of the application of the decree. They told me to wait until the demarcation , I told them, God willing, I hope demarcation is truely applied and can not be like the minimum wage, which was not enforced. I ask you in the name of God where is the Justice in that and where are the implementation of the royal orders
