ممكن افاده ماذا افعل انا موظف رسمي بالمرتبه 39 من عام 1418 ومؤهلي دبلوم الثانويه التجاريه وعندي 4 دورات من بينها حلقة واصل ولم اترقى رغم شمولي بالامر الملكي بترقيه كل من تجاوز 12 عاما في مرتبته وهذا ماينطبق علي ارجو الافاده وشكرا
14 years without being promoted
Can you please help me, I'm an official employee in the rank of 39 since the year 1418 and commercial High School Diploma holders and I had 4 courses, including Wasel, and and I haven't been promoted inspite of being included within the royal decree of whoever exceeded 12 years in the rank and this applys to me , Please advise and thank you
