Honestly,I can't beleive this management,
they do these actions so that they make us busy every year.

I swear to God,All of you are appreciated but the rate of the upgrades is 10% and the postal employee will remain on his status till God changes it...As long as there is no one complaining or moving,the positions of the employees will never change, we just watch the stealing of budgets and crying on ruins
سجلوا عندكم ان الواسطات شغاله ورايح يترقون بلا 21 سنه بلا 27 سنه وبكره رايح يطلع لكم واحد من المسؤلين ويقول ان اللجنه دقيقه جدا في الاختيار ..اذا كانت الترقيات مثل الترقيات السابقه وشفتم واحد ماله الا خمس سنوات او عشر سنوات وترقى فاعرفوا ان علماء واصل لا زالوا اقوياء في البريد وان تفكيرهم السابق لم يتغير وانهم بدعم كامل من خارج البريد وان الهدف ليس تطوير البريد بل اخر وعكس تطلعات واهداف الحكومه راعها الله وقد يدخل في الامر امور اخرى قد تكون اكبر من ما نتوقع كموظفين على قد حالنا هدفنا الاول والاخير الترقيه .. ...فهل يصدق توقعي ام اكون مخطئا ...?
Take care that the means are on and they will get promoted without 21 or 27 years,and tomorrow one of the officials will come and tell you that the committee is so accurate in our choice..If this upgrade is similar to the previous upgrades,and you see someone who has only spent five or ten years and he gets promoted ,learn that scientist of Wasel are still experts in the post and they didn't change the way they think,and they have full support from outside the post and the purposte isnot to develop the postal but else,and unlike the aspirations and goals of the government may God protect it,and other stuff may interfere,stuff we don't know about,it may bigger than what we expect as poor employees with our only hope is upgrades...Do anyone believe my expectations or I might be wrong

والله تقدم شكوى والا تنتحر .والله ان احد المسؤلين لديه ثلاث ملفات لموظفين واعرف واحد منهم خدمو مسؤل كبير في البريد و وعدهم الذيب في اول ترقيه و سوف ينفذ وعده بالرغم بان الرئيس هذه المره شدد على ضرورة الاقدميه ...اقتباس:

Submit a complaint or commit suicide.I swear to God one of the officials has three files for employees,and I know one of them who has been served a big favour by one high powered official in the postal,he promised them to upgrade them despite the president assured on the importance of seniority
