هذه ليست فروقات التسكين بل هي فروقات الراتب الاساسي قبل تثبيت 15% وبعد تثبيتها..انا مستغرب كيف عرفوا يحسبونها .
It is not the placment differences it is the differences of the basic salary before fixing 15% and after fixing it
