الــى القائمين بعمل البريد ومن يرفع كلمة الحق

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

اخواني القائمين بالعمل وردتني معلوومه من مسؤل كبير ويخاف الله في نفسه ويعلو بكلمة الحق

بأن القائمين بالعمل ومن لم يؤمن عليهم من قبل التأمينات الاجتماعيه ليس لهم حق في الترسيم

وسوف يتم تصفيتهم قريبا والاستغناء عن خدماتهم وخاصه القائمين بالعمل وتكليف واصل الريفي بمهماتهم

الانتباه يااخوان الانتباه الانتباه قبل فوات الاوان اللي له حق ويبي يطالب فيه الوقت معه قبل شهر 10

اذا ماترسمتو بعد الامر الكريم هذا فوالله لن تحلمو بالترسيم بعد هذا الامر الواضح والصريح


كل ماارجوه اولا من الله التوفيق واعطاء كل حق ذي حقه ونصرة المظلوم

وارجو من اخواني المشرفين والاعضاء بكلمة حق تنفع وينتفع بها

To those who work in the post and who raise the word of right

Peace, mercy and blessings of God
My brothers who are I received from a high official who has fear of God in himself and rises above with the right word

That those who work and weren't insured by social security have no right in the fixing

and Will be eliminated soon and dispensing their services especially those who work and assigning their duties to the rural Wasel

Pay attention brothers before it is too late, whoever has a right and calls for it there is still time before month 10.
If you weren't fixed after the generous decree , I swear you will never get fixed ever after this clear and explicit matter


All what I hope for is reconciliation from God and giving every right owner his rights back and defending the oppressed

I hope my brothers and supervisors and members to give an honest word to help and benefit people

اذا كانت العقود التي بين القائمين وبين مؤسسة البريد تنص على أنهم على بند الأجور ، فيحق لهم المطالبة بالترسيم

أما أنهم مجرد تجار تعاقد معهم البريد لتسويق الخدمات البريدية في مكان ما

فهم ليسوا موظفي بريد وليس لهم الحق بالترسيم

هذا مجرد رأي ، وشكرا

If the contracts between the workers and the postal corporation states that they are on wages item, and they have the right to demand fixing.
or they are just traders whom the post contracted with in order to market their postal services somewhere.
as they aren't postal employees with no right of fixing.

المشكلة لاندري هل نتبع الخدمة المدنية ام التامينات الاجتماعية


قرارات غير واضحة


اللهم ارزقهم الشفافية وحب الخير للموظفين الغلابا


وارزقني الترقيات المسلوبة مني والذي انتظرتها 28 سنة ولازلت انتظر ان يرزقنا الله شخص يخافه ويتقيه

The problem is that we don't know whether we will be according to civil service or social security
Unclear decisions
May God bring them transparency and love of good for poor employees
and May God bring me the stolen promotions from me which I have been waiting for 28 years and still waiting for an honest God fearing person to bring our stolen rights back

اخيup up خطاب الرئيس الاخير مافيه استثناء وواضح بقوله ان المؤسسة ستقوم بالرفع عاجلا باسماء جميع المتعاقدين مع المؤسسة اياً كان نوع العقد وتحت اي مسمى

اي تجاار ؟ تجار يمثلون الجهه المعنيه ويقومون بما تقوم به الجهه غريب هالكلام

القائمين مظلومين وما فيه شك
ولكن اظن بالوقت الحالي المؤسسة تبي تنتظر قرارات اللجنة المشكلة، إذا قررت اللجنة ترسيمهم وتم الصرف من المالية، البريد بيكمل عملية الترسيم، وإذا جاء رد اللجنة سلبي، طبعاً هنا بتكون فرصة البريد وأظن والله اعلم ان الاستغناء عنهم بيكون مسألة وقت، وعلشان كذا ان قلت لقائمين كثير لازم تتحدون وتشكلون قوة ضغط ولا تعتمدون على القرار الملكي لأن فيه تعقيدات واضحة

وان المؤسسة طلبت من المراد تثبيتهم ان يقوم بتعبئة النموذج بنفسه والتوقيع على النموذج
