thanks for this beautiful site it is full of benefits and in fact we have benefited from it a lot, but unfortunately I noticed many of the topics here in the mailing arena and it is all about grumbling and discontent of the staff that wants to upgrade and the second needs improvement and the question is what did you made for your work to ask for this level?!
It is known from ancient times that a community of women frequently talking and complaining and dissatisfaction on the small and big things but men are used to work life and serious and perseverance.
But the reality in our corporation is completely the opposite
We are in the feminist section working very hard and most of our talking is about work development and how to create a clean work environment and free of errors and defects
As for you, we see you speak a lot about this and that bla bla . Really your conditions are very confusing how come you are like this and the corporation must be relying on you
Believe me that all the evidence that we see and hear confirms that postal women is better in the postal work more than her men colleagues, and our skills are much higher than the skills of men not in the indoor work but even in marketing and meet the public, she can absorb the anger of the client and his urgency in speeding requests and she has got the ability to act tactfully better than men as well as being more careful on the work regulation. She is the only one who can swallow client's abger in all circumstances without answering him savagely as some men do, characterized by obedience and the secretariat, and doing services that can not be performed by a man with an open mind and to the extend of supervise on cleaning the office and give a beautiful environment because she is interested in beauty touch and style.

We have to be rational and try to give more than we take, to get the reward from Allah before humans
Said God Almighty in His Quraan: «say work Allah will observe your work and His Messenger and the believers»
Work is worshiping, which is the essence of human to live a decent life a life in all honesty, honor and loyalty ...
work is a prominent and important role in our daily lives and sincerity should be a major objective and a pioneering in order to increase production and serving of the nation and the citizen and confirm the good responsibility of all.
The question arises, why aren’t we sincere in our work?!!
Negligence or lack of sincerity is derived from the human himself and not feeling responsibility towards work.
Some speak on several occasions, but boasts in front of others that his work is comfortable where he works for a period of one hour and the other says I work as much as the monthly wage or daily, we have to feel responsible towards work and to be sincere because it is the base towards a dignified life away from the hypocrisy and corruption ..?!
I try in these humble words, referring to some weak people who do not feel loyalty to work and the pioneering role played by each and every one of us in this community.
We must work with all dedication and sincerity and putting the fear of God in front of our eyes and make our motto that our aim is to be responsible confirming the words of the Hadith that says:
«God loves if someone do work to do it perfectly».
So we all have to work hard and sincerely and responsibility towards the homeland to build a bright future for our virtuous corporation
and to be faithful to serve the interests of the citizen and which in turn is the interest of the nation.
