تحية لجميع زملائي بمؤسسة البريد السعودي
حاشى أن أصف جميع إخواني وزملائي بالمؤسسة أصحاب العقود بهذا
الوصف ( التخلف ) ولكني وبصحيح العبارة أقصد منهم بعض الجهلة الذين لايعلمون شيئاً عن موضوع الترسيم .
1/ مؤسسة البريد ليست ملزمة بترسيم جميع موظفي العقود وللأسف البعض يعتقد ذلك
2/ يجب أن يعلم الجميع أن مؤسسة البريد تعتبر مؤسسة ناشئة هي الآن تقوم بالإعداد لما هو أفضل لمستقبلها حتى يتم تخصيصها كشركة ذات كيان .
3/ يجب أن يعلم الجميع أن هناك موظفين من اصحاب العقود لايستحقون الترسيم لأنهم غير جديرين بالعمل في مؤسسة كمؤسسة البريد السعودي.
4/ يجب أن يعلم الجميع أن هناك موظفين من اصحاب العقود يستحقون الترسيم وبجدارة واستحقاق طاقتهم وقدرتهم واستيعابهم لأداء مهمام عملهم تفوق وبكثير بعض الموظفين الرسميين .
5/ يجب أن يعلم الجميع أن لمؤسسة البريد رئيس مجلس أدارة متمثل في سعادة معالي رئيس هيئة الاتصالات وله أعضاء من خارج مؤسسة البريد .
6/ يجب أن يعلم الجميع أن قرارات الترسيم ومدى تحمل ميزانية المؤسسة لذلك يتم وفق خطط وليست عشوائية وليس معالي الرئيس بنتن من يقرها بنفسة بل بموافقة مجلس ادارة المؤسسه .
الصبر ثم الصبر ثم الصبر ياإخوان ياأعزاء والله وتالله وبالله لن ينفعكم من ينادي ويحث زملائة بالإضراب سيضرهم أكثر من أن يقوم بنفعهم نحن ناس عقلاء ونفهم أبعاد مثل هذه المشاكل وأني لأعرف كثير من الزملاء المتعاقدين الذين لايؤيدون مثل هذه الأفكار أصحاب هذا الفكر فئة قليلة ستنكشف ولو بعد حين ..... وسننظر من يعض أصابع الندم ... وفقكم الله اخواني لما يحبة ويرضاة .

Greetings to all my colleagues in the Saudi Postal Corporation
I can never describe all my brothers, my colleagues in the institution the contract holders
this Description (retardation) , but I mean some ignorant people who did not know anything about the issue of demarcation.
1 / E Corporation is not bound by the demarcation of all staff contracts Unfortunately, some believe that
. 2 / Everybody must know that the Postal Corporation is considered an emerging institution which is now making preparations for what is best for their future until they are allocated as corporation with its own entity.
3 / everyone needs to know that there are employees of the contract holders who don't deserve demarcation because they are not worthy to work in Saudi Postal Corporation .
. 4 / Everybody must know that there are staff from the contract employees who truely deserve the demarcation and their energy ,ability and their understanding of the performance of their work is much more than some officials.
5 / Everybody must know that the Postal Corporation has a President of the Board of Directors represented in HE Excellency the President of the Telecommunications Authority which has members from outside the institution of the mail.
. 6 / Everybody must know that the demarcation decisions with the Foundation's budget for that is according to plans and not random and it is not His Excellency the President Dr Benten i the one to approve them by himself, but with the consent of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
.. Patience, and patience, and patience brothers and I swear to God, it willnot benefit you whoever is calling and urging his colleagues to strike ,it will harm them more than benefiting them,We the people are wise and understand the dimensions of such problems and I have to know many colleagues from the contract employees who don't approve such ideas ,the owners of these thoughts are a few who will be shortly revealed, While ... We will see who will bite his fingers of remorse ... . May God help me , my brothers,to what he loves and is pleased.
