أساسيات عامه في الإدارة:
الإدارة أسلوب يعتمد على شخصية الإنسان الإداري ونفسيته والمحيط الذي ترعرع فيه والمستوى الثقافي.
إن جميع الأعمال على الإطلاق تحتاج إلى الإدارة من الأعمال التي نقوم بها في المنزل إلى الأعمال في الشركات والمصانع فمنذ زمن الجاهلية والأنسان القديم كان هناك إدارة ونظام في الحياة اليومية من صيد ونوم ومواعيد للطعام هذا كله ينصب في إطار واحد



اسمه الإدارة ومنذ زمن ليس بعيد أصبحت الإدارة تدرس في المدارس والجامعات وأصبح للإدارة معاني ساميه لا بد من التوقف عندها في كل أمر نقوم به وسنقوم به مستقبلا .
المدير الناجح هو المدير الذي يدخل إلى أعماق موظفيه ويخلق لنفسه شخصية محبوبة أولا ناضجة ثانيا وصارمه ثالثا وهو الذي يخلق راحه نفسية لدى موظفيه تدفعهم قدما نحو العمل بإخلاص ويشعرون وكأنهم يعملون لأنفسهم وليسوا مرغمين على هذا العمل ولكن هذا لاينفي وجود حدود يجب أن يجعلها المدير بينه وبين موظفيه كي لاتخرج الأمور عن نطاق السيطرة ولاننسى مهمة المدير في اختيار الموظفين الجديرين بالمنصب أو المكان الذي تم وضعهم فيه حيث يجب أن يكونوا من أصحاب الخبرة والأمانة وحسن المظهر والثقافة العالية إلى حد ما مع وجود الكفاءات الشابة المتحمسه وأصحاب الخيال الواسع لأن الشباب عصب أي مجتمع وأي منظمه أو شركه.
أي الشركة الناجحه تبدأمن المدير الناجح ثم الموظفين الناجحين والمختارين بدقة لتكون الأهداف الموضوعة ناجحة. (م)

A successful manager is a manager who enters into the depths of his employees mind and creates for himself a popular figure first, mature second, and strict third. and creates a psychological comfort to his staff that motivate them towards working sincerely and make them feel as if they were working for themselves and not forced to work, and all this by not neglecting the limits that should be between the Director and the staff to the graduate the control and lets don’t forget the task of the manager in selecting the staff who are worthy of the job or where to put them where they must be expertise, honesty and good appearance and high culture to some extent with the presence of qualified young and enthusiastic owners creative imagination because young employees are the lifeblood of any community or any organization or company.
Any successful company starts from a successful manager then successful staff and carefully selected to make the targets of the organization succeed
