A Point of view on the fingerprint
In response to the news of the application fingerprint starting from 04/01/1432 Hijri
What is the importance of the Fingerprint: not useful in the work field for some reasons including:
1- an employee attended at 7:30 am and put his fingerprint and then he left, and he returned only at the end of the working hours and when the working hours end he put his fingerprint (maybe the Director or his friend or an accomplice with him or maybe the employee is cantankerous and messy &&…) 0
2- an employees working in the fields start working at 6:00 am or at 9:00 am or he has second shift at the evening start at 3:00 pm and the field employee begin working at 4:00 pm .The conclusion: we need many devices may be up to (5 devices)
Note: A developed device can possibly change the time shift and the timing has not been changed accidentally and an employee came and put his fingerprint and it would be recorded that he is late for two hours
3- let’s suppose, the required number of devices are available and each device is programmed with the names of the employees and accidently an employee put his fingerprint on the wrong device
5- a distributor went for distribution and he finished work after the end of the working hours and the department was closed how can he put his fingerprint?
6-a distributor went out for distribution and he didn’t finish work is the solution to return to the administration before the end so that he could put his fingerprint and leave work?
7- an employees attend when working hours start and leave when working hours end but without completion (If the Administration wants working hours ok we will go to work) Do without accomplish without the accuracy (just going to work) 0
8- Some say where is the role of the Director does the director follow up the work ? or making problems with this staff follow up with this and Interrogate that, and make a record for that and this one doesn’t work properly and that work needs to be corrected 0
9- reviewers have many problems countless problems, this letter is late and this letter did not arrive and this letter was confiscated and that parcel is stuck in customs and this mail hadn’t reserved and this letter had not addressed in the supplier country , and all of them are looking for the Director 0
(Do the director follow the fingerprint or the staff, or the reviewers)
Many things concerning the fingerprint is not easy (the office work is different from the field work)
It needs to be studied seriously and consider of all aspects, this is from my point of view
And for the management the final view and we obey them and cannot disobey
