Annual evaluation is not a secret and the manger is not allowed to hide it from the crew
The employee has the right to see it now but it wasn’t like that previously
If you are sure that your colleague has many absences and he took a better mark than yours you can complain directly to his Excellency the general manger. And he will not disappoint you because he must know what is happening behind the scenes.
If you are silent and the other is silent too that means loosing employees rights because of the mangers who don’t fear God. How come this manager don’t fear if the oppressed employee go to Kaaba and prey in front of the door that God take revenge for him
Manger must let employees see their evaluation report and to explain why employees take these grades to make employee improve himself
If the employee doesn’t want to come at time and to attend he must be punished and if he doesn’t want the job there are many unemployed people
If the manager is not responsible,then there are many better than him, management is not all about a luxury or chairs or desks / Director qualification measurements are by follow-up staff, work productivity and discipline …ect)
