I want to ask a question, why do officials make a barrier between them and their employees? And it is difficult to inter or know their rights and duties

Who humble himself to God, God rise him

The humble manager with his humble modesty to the staff and to the reviewers he gain the dignity in the world before the afterlife
Rise in the eyes of the people .. In the eyes of his staff and reviewers
If you saw him between his staff almost you cannot point at him because he is one of them And so it was the first official and the first leader. may mercy and peace of GOD be upon him

the modest officials raise the slogan of: ((May God have mercy on those who dedicated to my faults)) so the criticism and notes that he gets he consider them as a gift for him and improve his performance, while the officer that is not humble you see him raise the slogan of: ((what I show you is what I see and I guide you only to the right way)), he does not accept the criticism of those under him, he consider a criticism of smaller employee is an insult and despising to his experience

we Saw many kinds of officials we saw the Humble and the arrogant who has single view
What did he find inside towards the officials from both sides
Which one of them win his heart and he comfort in dealing with him
What is the of humility features for officials in your point of view?? , and what are the pride features
Is humility and gentleness are now considered a sign of weakness of the official
Is the one who sit with his staff and laugh with an employee and ask about the other and listen to the story of other one is that lead to anti respect of the employees? Or this is a way of harmony and love for the official
Is it necessary that the Director and the responsible person to stay away and not to speak with his staff, sits in his office and make the employee come to him and without talking but officially order so that they can keep their respect
