يابو نايف انا لي11 سنة علي السادسة ولم تتم ترقيتي ووالله الذي لااله الاهو لوادري انه احد ترقي وخدمته اقل من خدمتي
انني سأطالب بحقي في كل الاجهزة ذات العلاقة واذا لم احصل عليه سوف اخذه بذراعي لو اعرف فيها فصلي
وانا اعرف احد الزملاء اشتكي البريد علي ديوان المظالم وتمت ترقيته قبل سنه لوحده نعم( قرار افرادي )

O abou Nayef i spent 11 years on the 6th rank and i am not upgraded and i swear to God I i know someone got promoted and he spent time less then me i will demand for my rights in all concerned organizations if i didn't get it i will pull it with my hands even if i got fired and i know that 1 colleague made complain against the post,to the grievances court, and he was upgraded before 1 year only yes individual decision weakness is not a way
