حقيقية العلاقة بين البريد السعودي ومنسوبيه

نقرأ يوميا في الساحة البريدية ونسمع من بعض الزملاء الكثير من السخط والتذمر من هضم البريد السعودي لحقوق منسوبيه ، وكذلك نقرأ ونسمع عن انتقاد بعض منسوبي البريد السعودي لأسلوب رئيس مؤسسة البريد السعودي معالي الدكتور محمد بنتن بالتخاطب مع منسوبيه من استهزاء واستهتار وتهديد ووعيد ، ولا شك بأن أي قارئ أو متلقي لتلك المعلومات إن كان إمعة ولا يتحرى الحقائق من مصادرها فسوف يقول مباشرة ( أعانكم الله يا منسوبي البريد ) وسوف يرسم صورة لرئيس المؤسسة بأنه إنسان مستبد لا يهمه وضع ومستقبل منسوبيه ،
لكننا إذا منحنا أنفسنا فرصة لتحري الحقائق ، و أخذ المعلومات من مصادر شريفة عادلة ، ولو اطلعنا على سير عمل مؤسسة البريد السعودي و التغييرات الجذرية التي حصلت للمؤسسة ومنسوبيها ، واهتمام معالي الرئيس الواضح في إنشاء بنية تحتية مستقبلية لاستيعاب المتطلبات القادمة والتي تتغلغل في حياة كل مواطن ومقيم ، نستطيع القول بأن هذا الرجل يبني بناء ليس عادياً لمرفق البريد ، لأنه ليس من المعقول ترك البريد السعودي يعمل عمله الروتيني في استقبال المواد البريدية التي استغنى عنها معظم الناس وبقي فئات قليلة مازالت تعتمد على البريد ، وبلا شك بأن اعتماد البريد السعودي على تلك الفئة فقط دون البحث عن وسائل أخرى يستطيع الاستناد عليها يعتبر بمثابة المسمار الأول الذي يدق في نعشه ،
فبالنظر إلى البريد ومنسوبيه سابقا حيث كان مجالا للسخرية لدرجة أن الفاشلون في السابق يبحثون عن الوظائف في كل القطاعات وعندما يفشلون يقولون ليس لنا إلا البريد والأمر يومئذ لله ،
وكان معالي رئيس مؤسسة البريد السعودي عندما استلم قيادة البريد يعلم ذلك جيداً وكان من أولى أولوياته تغيير هذه الصورة السيئة الدارجة بين أفراد المجتمع ، ونستطيع القول بأن الرئيس نجح فعلا في تغيير هذه الصورة لدرجة أننا نعلم بأن وظيفة في الخطوط الجوية العربية السعودية هي أفضل وظيفة بين القطاعات يليها شركة الاتصالات السعودية ، ورأينا في الأيام السابقة بأم أعيننا بأن هناك عدد من الموظفين نقلو عملهم من شركة الخطوط السعودية إلى البريد السعودي ، وعندما سألت بنفسي أحدهم فقال لي : بأن وضع البريد السعودي أصبح أفضل بكثير من وضع موظفي الخطوط وغيرها من الإدارات من ترقيات و رواتب عالية وبدلات و تدريب ، حيث أن البريد السعودي يقدم لمنسوبيه برامج تدريبية ضخمة ويحفز الموظفين ويحثهم على الالتحاق بها بكل السبل في الوقت الذي لم تقم معظم الإدارات بهذا العمل ولا بأقل منه ،
عندما نسمع ونقرأ عن معاناة البريديين وتذمرهم من مؤسسة البريد ورئيسها لا يسعنا إلا أن نستغفر الله على الجحود والنكران الذي يعانيه البريد ورئيسه من بعض منسوبيه ،
والأدهى من ذلك بأن العديد من منسوبي البريد يتشدق بأن الامتيازات التي حصل عليها موظفي البريد ليس لاحد فضل عليها فهي نظام مؤسسات ، فنقول لهم قفوا واطلعوا على أنظمة المؤسسات الأخرى وكيف تعامل موظفيها قبل أن تحكموا على البريد السعودي وتقولوا بأن تطوره جاء بناءاً على نظام المؤسسات ، فغالبية المؤسسات وهي موجودة ويستطيع أي شخص الوصول إليها ليرى ويسمع ماذا يمتاز به منسوبيهم عن منسوبي البريد ، فسوف يقف ويحمد الله على ما وصل إليه من نعمة ،، أما موضوع التثبيت و الترقيات ، فالبريد السعودي قدم لمنسوبيه أمواج من الترقيات حسب جداول مستمرة استفاد منها معظم البريديين ومازالت تلك الأمواج الرائعة تصدر باستمرار وهي بفضل من الله تعالى ثم باستماتة وإصرار معالي الرئيس محمد بنتن في التواصل مع الإدارات المعنية لسرعة تنفيذ تلك الأوامر ، وموضوع التثبيت ، فالكل يعلم بأن البريد السعودي انتقل من إدارة حكومية إلى مؤسسة خاصة ويهدف بالانتقال إلى شركة ، فهناك الكثير من المعاملات المتعلقة بهذا الشأن ، ولدي علم مباشر بأن موضوع التثبيت قادم وبقوة للبريديين ، ولكن معالي الرئيس دائما ما يبحث على الخيار الأفضل لمنسوبيه وهو ماض وبقوة بذلك العمل ، ولكن البعض هداهم الله لا يعلم عن هذه الجهود ويحكم بلا علم كالقاضي الذي وعده رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسله بأنه بالنار لأنه يحكم بدون علم ، ، وللعلم بأن مؤسسة البريد السعودي عندما وضعت الخطط الضخمة والتي هي كفيلة برفع مؤسسة البريد السعودي كانت تعول على منسوبي البريد في المساهمة الفعالة في هذا الدور والذي سوف يقصر وقت التطوير ولكن الغالبية خذلوا المؤسسة وانكروا وجحدوا جهودها ، فتوجهت المؤسسة لتوظيف شباب واعد مساهمة من البريد السعودي وخدمة لأبناء الوطن الغالي وأيضا للقيام بالدور الذي تقاعس عنه القدماء ، والخير عندما يأتي سوف يكون عاماً على جميع منسوبي المؤسسة ، ولكن ومع الأسف الشديد معظم الموظفين الجدد تقاعسوا أيضا بحجة أن الوظائف التي كانوا يسعون لها وتوظفوا عليها لم تعد مقنعة ويرغبون في وظائف أفضل ، فبدأوا بالإشاعات وترك أعمالهم للضغط على البريد السعودي الذي كان متأمل فيهم خير ، ومع ذلك لا ننكر وجود كوكبة رائعة من الموظفين القدامى وكذلك الجدد ، وهم بفضل الله عدد لا بأس به سوف ينهضون بإذن الله تعالى ويساهمون في رقي هذا الكيان الرائع ، وسوف يعلم الجميع بأن البريد السعودي يسير وفق الخطط التي وضعها معالي الرئيس له والتي سوف تعود بالنفع الكبير على وطننا الغالي ومواطنينا وكل من يسكن في هذا البلد المعطاء ، وسوف ينعكس هذا النجاح الباهر على منسوبي البريد السعودي في الحصول على امتيازات يحلم بها أي موظف في أي قطاع آخر ،،

علينا أخوتي الشرفاء بمنح الثقة للبريد السعودي وقيادته ، والدعاء لهم بالتوفيق الذي سوف ينعكس علينا بدلا من الدعاء والشكوى التي سوف تجعل البريد مكانه وبدون حراك ،،
هذا والله تعالى نسأل التوفيق والسداد لكل مخلص في البريد السعودي وغيره في وزارة وإدارة ولكافة مواطنين دولتنا الغالية

‘Truth about the relationship between the Saudi post and its staff’
Everyday we read in the postal arena and hear from some colleagues a lot of resentment and anger from eating away the rights of the employees in the Saudi post. We also read or hear about the criticism of some employees of the Saudi post for the style of the president of Saudi post and his way in addressing his staff with mockery, contempt, threatening and intimidation. There is no doubt that any reader or recipient of that information – in case he had a weak character and didn’t investigate the facts and their true sources-he would say directly:” May God help you, postal employees’ and he will visualize a picture of the president of the corporation as a despot man who doesn’t care for the development and the future of his staff.
However, if we give ourselves a chance to investigate the facts and take information from honest fair sources, and if we examine the functioning of the Saudi Postal Corporation and the radical changes that took place for the foundation and its employees,and the clear attention of his Excellency the president in establishing the future infrastructure to accommodate the coming requirements which pervade the life of every citizen and resident, we can say that this man is building an unusual building for the postal system, since it isn’t reasonable to let the Saudi post continue in his routine work receiving postal items that had been dismissed by most people except for a few categories who still rely on the mail .and there is no doubt that the adoption of the Saudi post to that category only without searching for other means will be like the first nail in the postal coffin.
Given the post and his staff formerly when it was ridiculous field where losers used to look for jobs in all sectors and when they failed they said “ we don’t have but the mail and may God help us’.
And his Excellency the president of the Saudi post corporation knew that very well when he first took over and he made his first priority to change this bad image that was common among members of the community. And we can say that the president has actually succeeded in changing this image so that we know that a job in Saudi Arabian Airlines is the best job among the sectors followed by Saudi Telecom company ..However ,we have seen recently with our own eyes that some employees transferred their work from Saudi Airlines to Saudi post and when I asked one of them, he said to me :’ The status of the Saudi post has become so much better than the status of Airlines employees and other departments regarding promotions, high salaries, allowances and trainings. As the Saudi postal offers his employees large training programs, motivate its staff and encourage them to join these programs by all means in the same time that most departments didn’t do this job or the least of it.
When we hear and read about the suffering of postal employees and their complaining about the postal corporation and its president, we can only ask God forgiveness for the ingratitude and denial experienced by the post and its president from some of its staff.
Worse still, many of the employees of the post stronghold that No one is credited for what the postal workers obtained, since it is a system of institutions..We tell them, stand-up and take a look at the systems of other institutions and how they treat their employees before you judge the Saudi postal.
We will also say that its development was based on a system if institutions and the majority of these institutions are available,where anyone can access them to see and hear what more benefits and gains do their employees have more than that of the postal’s?! Then he will stand up and praise God for what came to him by grace,,But for the fixing and promotion issues, the Saudi postal has offered its staff waves of promotions according to continuous tables in which most of the postal employees benefitted from,and still these great waves are continuously issued, and with the grace of Almighty God and the desperate efforts and insistence of his Excellency president Muhammed Benten in communicating with concerned departments to speed the implementation of those orders ..
And for the fixing issue, since everyone knows that the Saudi post has moved from being a government department to being a private institution, and aims for moving to accompany, and there are a lot of procedures related to that.
I have been directly informed that the theme of fixing contracts is coming strongly to the postal employment soon. But his Excellency the president is always looking for the best option to his staff and he is going forward towards this task. But some did not know about these efforts and judged without knowledge like the story of the judge who was promised by the messenger of God (may Allah bless him and his family) that he is going to the basket of fire (hell) because he judged without knowledge, and you should know that when the postal institution put huge plans that were enough to lift Saudi Postal corporation, and they relied on the postal employees to effectively contribute to this role which will shorten the development time, But the majority failed the institution and denied its efforts, so the institution redirected to recruiting promising young men as a contribution to the Saudi post and a service to the sons of homeland and also to carry out the role that was failed by old employees, and when the good comes, it will be general for all the employees of the organization, but regrettably, most of the new staff failed too, claiming that the jobs they hunted before and were appointed to were no longer convincing and that they wanted better jobs. So, they started spreading rumors and leave their jobs to press on the Saudi post that was aspiring the best in them.
However, we can’t deny the existence of great group of old employees and new too,who are quite many-thanks to God- and they will rise up God’s willing- and contribute to the development of this wonderful entity and everyone will know that the Saudi mail is going according to plans developed by his Excellency the president and these plans are going to bring benefits to our dear country and our citizens and all who reside in this generous country, and this will be reflected to the employees of the Saudi post in obtaining privileges that any employee in any other sector would only dream of,,
Our honorable brothers, we should have confidence in the Saudi post and its leadership, and pray for their success which will be reflected to us instead of praying and complaining which will make the postal still with no mobility.
This and I ask God to help and guide all sincere men in the Saudi post and others in departments and ministries and all the citizens of our dear country.
