لدي اقتراح في واصل

كيف حالكم لدي اقتراح واتمنى ان تدرسونه لماذا لا تحولون الموزعين الى اداريين وتجعلون 20 بالميه مشرفين على الموزعين
وتجلبون اجانب تجعلوهم هم اللي يوزعون يكون افضل واريح لدى الموزعين السعوديين اللي يكرفون كرف وبالاخير راتبه يكون نفس راتب الاداريين اجلبو اجانب ولاحظو كيف تكون قفزه واصل

How are you doing,I have a suggestion you might want to consider,why don't you convert the distributors into administrative and make 20% supervisors on the distributor?
and bring foreigners to be distributors which will be better and more comfortable for the Saudi distributors who do enormous effort yet eventually get paid as same as administrative staff,bring foreigners and watch the great change in Wasel
