هذى مايحدث وحدث فى مؤسسة البريد والله العظيم حلفتنا أنا ممن تظلموا وبما أنك لم يحصل لك ماحصل أترك الردود لأخوة المتظلمين وشكرا لكم مروركم

[COLOR="blue"]اخي العزيز هذا الكلام سليم ميه في الميه وهذا ماحصل لي شخصيا حيث اني احضر الى العمل في الساعه السادسه صباحاولايوجد عندي الحمد لله اي غياب وحيث اني اعمل في قسمين صادر وواردولكن رئيس القسم عنده عقده نفسيه مني واعطاني 81يعني جيد جدا وبهذا التقويم مستحيل اترقى وهناك والله اعلم تعليمات من جهات عليا غير معروفه بأن لايعطى الموظف في المرتبه الخامسه تقرير ممتاز لكي يترقى اصحابهم او المدراء لانه اغلب المدراء في المرتبه الخامسه ولكن اشكو همي وحزني الى الله ومن كثر الحسد الي في البريد الله بيحرمنا اشياء كثيره واهمها بدل السكن الذي طال انتظاره حتى يزول الحسد من الكثير من الموظفين والله ولي التوفيق [/COLOR]

My dear this is 100% true and this what happens to me, as I go to work at 6 am and I never and as I worked in both sent and received mail but the head of the department has malice on me and gave me a 81% in evaluations means very good this grade make it impossible to promote me, and God knows maybe it is orders from above not to give excellent to any employee in fifth grade to let their friends get all the bonus and promoting or the administration themselves because most of the managers are in the fifth grade, but I complain my grief to God and because people envy post organization we deprived many things and the most important thing is accommodation allowance, which we waited for it so long may all envy ends and God help us all
