ما هي سنة الجهد البشري؟
سنة الجهد البشري تنص أنه يجب أن نعمل ونعد و ننتظر الثواب والنتيجة من عند الله..
الله تعالى يستطيع بكلمة كن أن يسود الإسلام الأرض ولكنه شاء أن لا ينتصر الدين إلا بالجهد البشري..
قال الله تعالى: "وَقُلِ اعْمَلُواْ فَسَيَرَى اللّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَسَتُرَدُّونَ إِلَى عَالِمِ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ “ التوبة 105
وهذه أمثلة على ذلك نجدها في أفضل الخلق:
فمن أحب الخلق إلى الله؟
أليس هو محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، ومع ذلك محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم يترك ليمر بسنة الجهد البشري ويتعرض لمدة عشرة أعوام لأشد أنواع العذاب والاستهزاء وهو بعمر الأربعين.
فلماذا يسمح الله تعالى لقريش بإيذائه وهو قادر على منع ذلك؟ ولماذا يتركه في شعب أبي طالب ثلاثة أعوام حتى أكل ورق الشجر؟
تأملوا الآيات الكريمة, قال تعالى :-
يَا أَيُّهَا الْمُدَّثِّرُ (1) قُمْ فَأَنذِرْ (2) وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرْ (3) (المدثر)
يَا أَيُّهَا الْمُزَّمِّلُ (1) قُمِ اللَّيْلَ إِلَّا قَلِيلاً (2)(المزمل)
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ(الشرح)
أمره عز وجل بالتحرك والعمل ليل نهار، ونبينا الحبيب صلى الله عليه وسلم عمل بأمر الله على أكمل وجه. فكان يدعو الناس بالنهار وبتعبده بالليل ويشق على نفسه.
حتى قال له تعالى
(فَلَعَلَّكَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ عَلَى آثَارِهِمْ إِن لَّمْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَسَفاً (الكهف)
ومع ذلك استمر بدعوة الناس سرا لثلاثة أعوام وعدد المؤمنين لم يتجاوز الأربعين!!!.
سيدتنا مريم رضي الله عنها ..
قال الله تعالى:
”فَأَجَاءهَا الْمَخَاضُ إِلَى جِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ قَالَتْ يَا لَيْتَنِي مِتُّ قَبْلَ هَذَا وَكُنتُ نَسْياً مَّنسِيّاً (23) فَنَادَاهَا مِن تَحْتِهَا أَلَّا تَحْزَنِي قَدْ جَعَلَ رَبُّكِ تَحْتَكِ سَرِيّاً (24) وَهُزِّي إِلَيْكِ بِجِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ تُسَاقِطْ عَلَيْكِ رُطَباً جَنِيّاً (25)“ مريم 23-25
أمرها الله وهي في أشد أنواع الألم والضعف أن تهز جذع النخلة وهي امرأة ضعيفة لا تقدر على هذا الجهد، ولكنها سنة الجهد البشري. عليك بعمل أي شيء حتى تنال مرادك..
سيدنا نوح عليه السلام أمره الله تعالى أن يصنع الفلك...ولم يكن صنع الفلك بالأمر الهين أبداً...كان على سيدنا نوح عليه السلام أن يعد الأرض للزراعة ثم يبدأ بزراعتها وينتظر أن يكبر شجرها لكي يحصل على الخشب الذي صنع منه السفينة التي كانت بدورها اختراع جديد في هذا الزمان, ليس هذا فقط بل وقد تحمل سيدنا نوح ومن آمن معه أذى وسخرية الكافرون منه حتى كافأه الله تعالى بالنصر يوم غرق الكافرون.
سيدنا موسى عليه السلام ..عندما أمره الله أن يضرب بعصاه البحر.. الله سبحانه كان سيشق عليه البحر سواء أضرب أم لم يضرب ..
إنه منهج أصيل يطبق على كل البشر..يجب أن تفعل شيئا حتى ولو لم تكن له علاقة بالنتائج ابذل ما تستطيع..ابذل ما تستطيع وكن مقتنعا أن عملك ليس هو الذي سيؤدي إلى النتائج..وإنما النتائج من رب العالمين..
What is the mores of human effort?
The mores of human endeavor states that we must work and prepare and wait for the result and reward from God ...
God Almighty can by the word “KON” (be) to implement world peace, but He intended that the victory of religion be only by human effort ..
Almighty God said: " And say (unto them): Act! Allah will behold your actions, and (so will) His messenger and the believers, and ye will be brought back to the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible, and He will tell you what ye used to do." repentance 105

Who is the dearest creature to God?
Isn’t he Muhammad peace be upon him, however, Muhammad peace be upon him, has been passing through the mores of human endeavor and he was subjected to the most types of torment and ridicule for a period of ten years at the age of forty.
Why God allows Quraish to harm Him and He is able to prevent it? Why he left him in the land of Abu Talib for three years with no food until he eats the leaves of the trees?
Consider the verses, God says: -
O thou enveloped in thy cloak, (1) Arise and warn! (2) Thy Lord magnify, (3 (Al Mudather)
O thou wrapped up in thy raiment! (1) Keep vigil the night long, save a little - (2) (Muzzammil)
So when thou art relieved, still toil (7) (Al-Sharh)
God Almighty ordered him to move and work day and night, and our beloved prophet peace be upon him had worked by the order of God to the fullest. He boded people day and worship and pray at night and he was doing more than he bear on himself.
Even God the Almighty said to him,
Yet it may be, if they believe not in this statement, that thou (Muhammad) wilt torment thy soul with grief over their footsteps. (6) (Al-Hahf)
However, He continued to bode people secretly for three years and the number of believers does not exceed forty!!!.

Almighty God said:
And the pangs of childbirth drove her unto the trunk of the palm-tree. She said: Oh, would that I had died ere this and had become a thing of naught, forgotten! (23) Then (one) cried unto her from below her, saying: Grieve not! Thy Lord hath placed a rivulet beneath thee, (24) And shake the trunk of the palm-tree toward thee, thou wilt cause ripe dates to fall upon thee. (25) (Miriam), 23-25
God ordered her while she was facing the most types of pain and weakness to shake the trunk of The Palm, and she is a weak woman cannot do this effort, but it is the mores of human endeavor. You must do anything to get what you want ..
Prophet Noah, peace be upon him Allah commanded him to make the arc ... and the arc making was never easy ... the Prophet Noah had to prepare the land for cultivation and then begins to grow it and wait for the treesto grow to obtain the wood that made him make the arc which was a new invention at this time, not only that, but Noah may peace be upon him had bear and the believers with him a lot of harm and ridicule from unbelievers until Allah Almighty bestowed the victory on the sinking of the unbelievers.
Moses, peace be upon him .. when God had commanded him to hit the sea by his stick .. God was going to split the sea, whether or not the strike hits ..
But It is an Inherent approach is applied to all people ..you must be doing something even though were not related to conclusions but do what you can do.. Do you can and be convinced that your work is not that would lead to the results .. but results are from the Lord of the Worlds ..
لماذا لم يأمرنا الله بالعبادة والإخلاص له فقط؟
لأن هذا ينافي الإسلام..لأننا مأمورين ببذل الأسباب المادية والمعنوية..والتخطيط والتنفيذ..وأن لا نتوكل عليها وإلا توكلنا على غير الله وأشركنا..
يقول العلماء: (ترك اتخاذ الأسباب معصية) و (التوكل على الأسباب شرك)!!!!
كما يفعل بعض العلمانيين الذين يفصلوا الدين عن الدنيا واقتنعوا أن النهضة تقوم على العلم المادي والتبعية للغرب..
نحن أمة لا نعز إلا بالإسلام..وإن طلبنا العزة في غيره أذلنا الله
هل سمعت بمرض الحب الإداري؟
إنه مرض على حساب الضمير.. فهو ضمير مستتر تقديره المنفعة والمصلحة والغطرسة والتكبر والغرور والتسلط والعبودية والظلم وحمية الجاهلية.. هذه كلها وقائع نشاهدها يوميا.. وأتساءل وفي نفسي الأسى والحزن وكلي عطف وشفقة عن إداري هذا الزمن المتردي.. فهمهم الوصول لكرسي الإدارة بكل ما عندهم من حيل وخدع واللجوء لشتى أنواع الواسطة لكي ينالوا مركزا أو منصبا.. ويتناسى مرضى الإدارة هؤلاء القول الحكيم:
"وليت عليكم ولست بخيركم..فإن رأيتم مني اعوجاجا فقوموني"
وتناسوا أيضا مقولة الفتاة التي خاطبت أمها وهي تهم بخلط الحليب بالماء..قالت الفتاة لأمها :
إذا كان عمر لا يرانا فإن الله يرانا!!
هل تعتقد أن الشخصية الكاريزمية كما يقال ضرورية للقائد؟
من الذين تحدثوا في موضوع القيادة بعمق بيتر دراكر وهو من أكبر علماء الإدارة وقال لقد تعاملت مع كل أنواع القادة..والقضية الوحيدة التي وجدت أنهم لا يحتاجونها هي الكاريزما.
القائد الفعال ستحدث له كاريزما أما الكاريزما وحدها لا تصنع قادة فهذه المسألة لو تأملنا فيها ونظرنا فيها بعمق سنجد أنه بإمكاننا أن نبني قادة دون أن نحرص على الشخصية الجذابة.
هذه ستأتي مع الأيام ومع التدريب..
Why did not God commands us to worship and devotion to him only?
Because this is contrary to Islam .. because we are instructed here to make material and moral reasons .., and plan and implement .. and not to put our trust in them and not to put our trust in anything else than God and so we will be sharing them with our faith in God “Sherk” polytheism
Scientists say: (leaving the work and doing the reasons is a sin , And trust in the reasons is polytheism )!!!!
As some secularists do, who separate religion from the world and they are convinced that the renaissance is based on material science and subordination to the West ..
We are a nation that God rise by Islam .. and if we want to rise by something else, we will be humiliated
Have you heard about the disease of loving management?
It is a disease at the expense of conscience .. It is Veiled conscience referring to benefit and interest, arrogance, haughtiness, and tyranny and slavery, injustice and ignorance … These are all the facts we see every day .. I wonder in sorrow, sadness and complete sympathy and pity, for this administrative in this deteriorating time .. their main concern is to reach the management chair with all of their tricks and resorting to various kinds of patronage in order to attain the good work position.. And these management patients forget the wise saying:
" I became your Guardian and I am not the best one among you -- so if you found any deviation so please rectify me"
Also,they have forgetting the saying that the girl that called her mother when she was going to mix milk with water .. the girl said to her mother:
If Omar does not see us, God sees us!!
Do you think that charisma, as they say is necessary for a leader?
Of those who spoke about leadership in depth, Peter Drucker, one of the greatest management scientists and said I have dealt with all kinds of leaders .. and the only issue that I found is not need, the Charisma.

ما هو الحد الأدنى من الصفات التي يجب أن تتوفر حتى يكون الإنسان قائداً إسلامياً ناجحاً؟
*** أن يكون ذو رؤية وهدف.
*** له قدرة على التأثير في الناس وتحريكهم نحو الهدف.
*** يعرف من حوله (يعرف إن كان هذا يصلح لكذا وهذا لا يصلح).
*** أن يكون متوازناً في الحياة,العقل,الروح,الجسد,العاطفة, فكلما كان متوازناً..كلما كان قائدًًًا فعالاً.
*** يؤمن بالتوحيد الصحيح بلا انحراف.
*** متبعاً للمصطفى محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ولا يكون مبتدعاً.
*** عنده قيم وأخلاق يمارسها على نفسه وعلى أهله ومن له ولاية عليهم.
*** يؤمن بالاستخلاف، قال تعالى
”وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً “ البقرة 30
*** هذا هو دورنا أن نعمر الأرض كل الأرض ونعمرها بإتقان وسلام واطمئنان للبشر..
علاقة القائد بالأتباع:
قال نابليون : جيش من الأرانب يقوده أسد خير من جيش من الأسود يقوده أرنب..
وقال بلانك: القائد يكون قائداً عندما يكون لديه أتباع..
نحن في العالم العربي أعجبتنا مقولة نابليون فبدأنا نمارسها وصارت الشعوب مدجنة..وما عاد للإنسان رأي وتكونت الديكتاتورية الحاكمة..ولو تعمقنا بمقولة نابليون..لوجدنا أن جيش من الأسود يقوده أسد أفضل..ونستدل على ذلك من تعامل القائد المربي الأمين محمد رسول الله صلوات الله عليه مع أصحابه الكرام.. سوف نجد أن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في تعامله مع الصحابة ما ربى جنود بل ربى قادة ، الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام تعامل معهم على أنهم أسود بمعنى أن لهم رأي ولهم مواقف و يشاركون في صنع القرار و كمثال على ذلك في غزوة بدر حينما نزل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أول ما نزل في مكان معين جاءه رجلاً لم يكن قائد في الجيش ولكن جندي هو الخباب ابن المنذر رضي الله عنه، قال: "يا رسول الله أهذا منزل أنزلك الله (أي إذا كان وحي فلا يد لنا فيه ولا اعتراض) أم هو الرأي والحرب والمكيدة؟"
قال رسول الله عليه الصلاة والسلام: بل هو الرأي والحرب والمكيدة. قال: فما هذا بمنزل.
فقام النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وغيّر مكان الجيش الذي اختاره هو وغير الخطة كلها بناءاً على اقتراح وجيه جاءه من جندي ولذلك فإن الصحابة رضى الله عنهم قد تشربوا هذا المعنى..
وإذا أردنا تطبيق نظرية بلانك..سنجدها غير صحيحة
قال تعالى
"إنَّكَ لا تَهْدِي مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ ولَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ" القصص56.
إذا كانت القيادة هي فقط تحريك الناس في قضايا عملية لا توجد مشكلة، لكن إذا كانت القضية أني أريد أن أغير فكر فقد لا يقتنع الناس بفكري مع أن فكري صحيح.
النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مكث في مكة ثلاث عشرة سنة عدد الذين أسلموا مائة وخمسون فقط في ثلاث عشرة سنة.
سيدنا نوح عليه السلام ظل يدعو تسعمائة وخمسين سنة و أسلم ثمانون فقط.
وقال تعالى
"وَأُوحِيَ إِلَى نُوحٍ أَنَّهُ لَن يُؤْمِنَ مِن قَوْمِكَ إِلاَّ مَن قَدْ آمَنَ فَلاَ تَبْتَئِسْ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْعَلُونَ" هود 36
كوننا نحمل فكر صحيح ليس معناه بالضرورة أننا سنستطيع أن نغير الأمة، إذا الأمة ما استجابت لن نغيرها.

*** Has values and ethics practiced by himself and his family and with a mandate to them.
*** believes in Succession. As GOD say
" And when thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to place a viceroy in the earth, " Cow 30
*** This is our role to construct all the earth and to do it perfectly and peacefully and tranquility of human beings..
Relationship between Commander and followers:
Napoleon said: an army of rabbits led by a lion is better than an army of lions led by a rabbit ..

The Prophet peace be upon him stayed in Mecca for thirteen years. the number of people converted to Islam, were one hundred and fifty person only in whole thirteen years.
Prophet Noah, peace be upon him, He stayed calling people for nine hundred and fifty years and only eightieth followed him.
God says
"And it was inspired in Noah, (saying): No-one of thy folk will believe save him who hath believed already. Be not distressed because of what they do" Hood verse No.36
We hold the true faith but this doesn’t necessarily mean that we will be able to change the nation, if the nation doesn’t responded to change, so we cannot.
