ان من نعم الله عليهم في تلك الإدارة ان جعل بين الموظفين الإحترام المتبادل كما في قول الرسول صلي الله علية و سلم

( مثل المؤمنين في توادهم وتراحمهم كمثل الجسد الواحد اذا اشتكي منه عضوا تداعي لة سائر الجسد بالسهر والحمى )

فجميل ان يكون الموظف يسأل عن زميلة ويبين لة مدى حرصة وأهتمامة . وليس كما ذكرت . وهنا نقول هل تكريم زملائهم المترقين والمتقاعدين هياط !!واذا كان هياط فلماذا لا تكرمهم بسكوتك .. العليا إدارة تتبع منطقة الرياض واذا كان لديك اسباب معروفة أو غير معروفة فذكرها . لم نجد منك يأخي الكريم الا الألم وجرح زملائك في هذة الإدارة أوغيرها..فهنا نقول قلمك خانك واثبت على ذالك عدد الكلمات التى كتبتها باختصار.. أخي وادي السليكون فأني اردت ان افتح موضعا نناقش فية قضية مزعجة ألا وهي التدخل في شؤون الاخرين او بالعامية ( اللقافة ) فانا في نظري ان التدخل في شؤون موظفين العليا أو غيرهم قد يحرجك اكثرمن ان ينفعك . فأنا اعرف شخص وبدون مبالغة تم نقلة من قسم الي قسم اخر وكان السبب لعدم تعايشة مع زملاءة ..والسؤال هنا :لماذا لا يكون الموظفين اكثر تحضرا ً ورقي ويترك عنة هذة العادة المزعجة ؟ وانت يأخي وادي السليكون من تدخل فيها ..؟ وأخيرا اذا كنت اخي العزيز تتميز بهذه العادة فتذكر: قول الرسول صلى الله عليةوسلم ( من حسن أسلام المرء تركه مالا يعنية)

It is nice when the employee asks about his fellow and explains to him how his concern and care is. And not as you stated. And Here, we say does the honoring of their colleagues that were retired and upgraded is exaggeration? !! And if so why don’t you honor them by your silence ... the Olaya is a management following the Riyadh region, and if you have known or unknown reasons so say it. We did not find you decent, but you cause pain and injury of your colleagues in this Administration or other ... and here we can say that your pen had betrayed you and the proof is a number of words that you written it shortly .. My brother Silicon Valley, I wanted to open a topic to discuss a disturbing case which is interference in others affairs or colloquially Passing , in my view that the intervention in the affairs of Olaya staff or others may be embarrassing you more than it benefit. I know someone without exaggeration, has been transferred to another section and the reason is the lack of coexistence with his colleagues ... The question is: Why can’t the employees be more civilized and leave this damn annoying habit? and You Silicon Valley who interfere in it? Finally, if you my dear brother characterized by this habit, remember: the words of the Prophet Muhammad may peace be upon him
Of a good Muslim habit is leaving alone which does not concern him
