عقد عمل ويسمى عقد خبراء .. ويسميه معالي الرئيس بند التشغيل

وفيه زيادة سنوية ولكن بقدر 5 % ، والحصول عليها كاملة ليس مضمون لأنه حسب التقييم وفي الغالب يحصل الموظف على 3 % !

أما بدل النقل لا يزيد عند جميع الموظفين فهو ثابت .
