And customers do a lot of praise for the industrious staff who is fixing his administration problems,
after this the management make harassment to the industrious employee by ordering to do work beyond the scope of his work which is not of his duties and if the administration doesn’t like his work they hunt down the errors from A to Z and then move the industrious employee internal transfer for discipline and decrease from area supervisor to Distributor then assign an employee close to the director and is known for his negligence, of course, close to the Director (prevented and safe from everything) and then he rewarded and mentioned in meetings in a good way.
After they found customer satisfaction because of industrious employee and relate all this to the credit of the bad employee
