He pointed out that during the past years no post official speaks about this issue, and when asked about it in any media they ignore to talk about this issue, by talking about what had been accomplished and infrastructure for the postal corporation, and talk about Wasel project , and also talk about the themselves asif they are the only who improved the mail services, and that there are recorded numbers in the growth of postal corporation, and all this is correct and cannot be denied, in addition that the Saudi Postal had great steps than before, but that does not serve the employees in the right way, and the reason is the staff employed their salaries and wages are poor and weak, as the medical insurance has its privileges according to the job ranks, in addition that Ramadan bonus paid according to the salary amount; So the beneficiaries will be only employees of higher ranks, Note that there are employees their salary does not exceed two thousand riyals so Ramadan bonus is very few ..
He asked: "Where the role of the Civil Service Bureau for the non- applying of the Postal Corporation the king's decision?, And why the Civil Service Bureau discovered after five years on the secondment of staff to the post that there is an error in the process of position the employees on the scale of salaries of staff of the corporation, And it called the" error in the placement of jobs ", where many employees have been deprived of increase 2 bonuses in salary scales, and why after the Civil Service Bureau's insistence that the Postal Corporation fix the error and place the staff of the Saudi Postal Corporation, and has fixed the error and rewarded the employees their rights.
The other question is: Does the Civil Service Bureau needs another five years in order to discover that the Postal Corporation did not apply the decision of King Abdullah?, And what did the advisory Council do in this case of the Postal Corporation of non-Appling resolution? when viewed the reports over the past years?, And what is the fault of the staff for the item of wages of non implementing of the Postal Corporation the Saudi king's decision?, and why the corporation marginalized the employees and salaries bands? Why didn’t they take their rights like their other colleagues in other ministries which make continues contracts to their staff? Aren’t they like their colleagues having duties and rights? And what about the retired employees who were under temporary contracts and didn’t upgraded don’t they have right? And will the employees and staff wait for their turn and retire without taking their rights?
The most important question which imposes itself strongly is : is the Saudi Postal Corporation waiting to be a stock company? And then there is a salary scale for companies that put employees in, so that they cancel the employees named user or item wages and be very little paid, and from here the royal order will drop down; because it is only for ministries and government institutions, and then the employees and people under salaries bands rights will be gone and lost?
