كلفوا شخصا مديرا للمشاريع وهذا الشخص لم يصدق ان يكلف بهذا المنصب واعطي مزايا خارج دوام وسيارة وانتدابات خارجية وداخليه وكان هذا .... لكي يبصم وينفذ ويسلم لكل ما يطلب منه نظاما او غير نظامي ويوقع على جميع العروض ويستلم وان لم تطابق للمواصفه وعندما انتهى واحترقت ورقته رمي في مكان ما.
واحضر آخر بعقد وراتبا لو خدم في عمله السابق 40 سنه لم يحصل على ربعه . وهوالآن يسير على طريق ما سبقه وسيكون الكبش القادم ان لم ينتبه لنظامية وعدم نظامية بعض المشاريع وان كان الملاحظ انه ينفذ ما يمليه عليه سيده ولن سيتطيع معارضته .
