كيفكم يا شباب اند صبايا ممكن تقولون لي وش الفرق بين السلمين وهل يشملنا نحن ؟

انا موظف على عقد وقعت عقد وموجود في العقد ترسيمي على المرتبه الرابعه
ولكن انا لدي ثانوي وحاسب الي 6 اشهر وسنتان خبره في شركه هل يثبتوني على الرابعه او الخامسه واذا الرابعه كم يكون راتبي , وكذلك اذا الخامسه كم يكون راتبي خصوصا بعد السلم الجديد اذا كان يشملنا ؟

I am a contract employee,and the contract mentions that I will be fixed on 4th rank
But I have high school degree and 6 month computer experience ,and 2 years experience in a company.
will I be fixed on fourth or fifth rank,and the salary,how much will it be either way,specially if the new scale includes us
?
