شددت وزارة التربية والتعليم على كافة إدارات التربية والتعليم بمختلف مناطق المملكة ومحافظاتها برفع أوراق ومستندات تثبيت العاملين والعاملات على البنود التي شملها الأمر الملكي الكريم في موعد أقصاه يوم غد الأربعاء.
وطلبت الوزارة تعبئة استمارة المعلومات بدقة والتوقيع عليها من قبل الموظف أو الموظفة مع إرفاق مشاهد تثبيت طبيعة العمل الذي تتم مزاولته حاليا والتصديق عليه من قبل الرئيس المباشر وتحديد الخدمات السابقة في القطاع الخاص وصور من الدورات التدريبية أن وجدت مع صورة من بطاقة الأحوال المدينة أو سجل العائلة مصدقة من قبل الرئيس المباشر مع صورة من المؤهلات العلمية وتقويم الأداء الوظيفي وصورة من قرار التعيين أو التعاقد وخطاب مباشرة العمل مع وضع المستندات في ملف شفاف على أن تسلم بالنسبة لمدارس البنين في إدارات شؤون الموظفين وبالنسبة لمدارس البنات فتسلم مناولة لقسم التوظيف وخدمة الموظف النسوي وبالنسبة للمستخدمين والمستخدمات فتسلم لإدارة شؤون الموظفين.
