البريد الممتاز يضيع مستقبل أخي؟

للأمانه السمعة سيئة جدا للبريد الممتاز

وحاولت مرارا وتكرارا ( ترقيع ) ما اراه امام عيني من بلاوي ولكن إلـى متى .!!

يعني تخيل موظف بريد ممتاز الي شغلته يوصل الغرض الى العميل يتصل فيك بتلفون ثابت ويقول تعال خذ غرضك ولماتقول له بأدب ما اقدر اجي وممكن توصلون الغرض الخاص بي للعنوان الواضح امامك
يتناسى الموظف موضوعك تماما ويتجاهلك ليومين او ثلاثه وذلك لضريبة طلبك منه اتمام عمله بتوصيل ( حقك ) ..!! ( حصلت معي للأسف )

ولكن ليس لدي ما اقوله الا بقول الشاعر :

قد اسمعت لو ناديت حيا ،، ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي

Frankly,The reputation of EMS is extremely awful,
and I have tried many times to justify the problems that i see right infront of my eyes,but till when!!
For example,an EMS employee whose main job is to deliver mail to the client,he calls you to tell you to come and take your mail (package( and you rely to him politely that you won't be able to come,and ask him to deliver the package to the above address ,so the employee ignores you completely for two or three days in order to punish you for your justified request (which is one of your rights )
and this incident occured to me unfortunately

I have nothing to say but what the poet said:
"You may call him loudly and people will hear you,but there is no life to whom you are calling!!
