حاولا كلا من وزير الخدمه المدنيه و وزير الماليه ان يحولوا الامر الملكي الى الطريقه العسافيه بعسف هذه الزياده ولكن ادارة الانظمه في مجلس الوزراء رفضت هذا النظام العسافي وقالوا له استح على وجهك ......عموما النظام الجديد رفع الى مجلس الاقتصاد الاعلى للموافقه عليه...........
Both the civil service minister and finance minister tried to convert the royal decree into the Assafian way by blowing away this increase but the systems administration in the ministers council rejected this Assafian system and told him shame on him...anyway the new system was lifted to the supreme council of economy for approval
