هل يشمل هذا التعديل في السلم والذي يبدأ ب 3000 ريال المتقاعدين أم للموضفين الذين على رأس العمل فقط ..؟؟؟

المفروض ان يكون المتقاعدين هم الاولى ولكن بما ان الامر لم يشير اليهم اصبح الامر فرصه ذهبيه للعساف لنسيانهم لانه عايش في رغد من العيش و لا يدري عن اوضاع الشعب الصعبه والمفروض ان تكشف حاسابتا العساف و وزير الهمله المدنيه ..فهؤلاء الاثنين لايهمهم الا الموظفين التابعين لوزاتيهما و المؤسسات الماليه الخاضعه لهما فهما يشكلان ثنائي فريد من نوعه في العالم ولو يعلمان بانه زاد من راتبك 400 ريال لاوجدا طريقه لشفطها ؟؟؟؟
ولو فعلا طبق السلم الجدي فسوف تزيد اسعار جميع انواع البضائع بنسبة 100% لان الحسد متغلغل في قلوبهما و غير مبالين بقرارات الملك ويتوقعان بانه سوف ينسى موضوع الزياده ....كما نسي موضوع ترقية الموظفين للذين امضوا ثمان سنوات في المرتبه ..

The retirees should be the top priority but since the royal decree didn't point them,thus it became a golden opportunity to Elassaf to forget them since he is living in luxury and doesn't know about the difficult status of the people,and both Elessaf and the civil service minister should be exposed..since these two never cared about the employees who belonged to their ministries and the financial foundations that related to them,as they are a unique couple in the world who can always find a way to suck the 400 riyals raise in your salary???
and if the new scale was really applied,all the prices of all the goods will be doubled because they are very envious and careless of the king's decrees,and they expect that he will forget about the raise topic..as he forgot the upgrade topic for the employees who spent 8 years in the same rank
